Description
The Dunkleosteus belongs to the tankfish family. With its imposing length of up to 10 metres, it was one of the largest of its kind in the Devonian Age. It was a merciless hunter who snapped very quickly and even devoured large sharks without any problems. In addition to Dunkleosteus skeletons, researchers have often found half-digested fish fossils, which is why it can be assumed that he could not chew well and therefore swallowed his prey in large pieces.
- These lovingly designed animal figures are perfect for getting even the youngest ones excited about nature and environmental issues. All the figures were designed with special care so that they resemble the original beasts down to the last detail. Schleich figures meet the highest quality standards and support educationally valuable play.
